Moms are pretty amazing. Their hard work, dedication and unconditional love for their children is unmeasurable. Mother’s Day is a day for people to honor a mother and express their love and appreciation for all that they do.
On this day, people celebrate and thank Mom in many different ways. Whether you make her a card, buy her flowers or cook her a nice brunch, she is sure to love it. If you decide to make that special meal for her (which I highly recommend), we have some ideas to help you easily and inexpensively decorate your table resulting in a very elegant, look.
Here’s how you can impress Mom:
The Rose Gold Tableware from PartyCheap is absolutely gorgeous. The collection has everything you need from utensils, to plates (large and small), to drink cups. The Light Pink Napkins pair great with the Rose Gold.
For an extra special treat, place a single flower by each place setting.
Create simple centerpieces that make a bold statement. The two side centerpieces are inexpensive silk flowers in thin, tall glass vases. I chose the cerise and light pink colors because they seemed to compliment the Rose Gold color of the tableware. The “flower” centerpiece in the center is a Tissue Fluff Ball which I sat on top of a larger glass vase. I had some leftover leaves from the silk flowers, so I used them to stick out the sides of the Fluff Ball. (I really like how this turned out!)
The Tablecover I used is one of my all time favorite Tablecovers from Beistle. The White Lace pattern is beautiful and elegant and once it is laying on a table, you can barely even tell that it is plastic. It provides a very classy look for a very low-cost.
Another must-have for Mother’s Day is the Place Setting Kit. Within the kit, you receive a Frame, Placemat, Coaster and 3-D Centerpiece. The lovely watercolor floral pattern will definitely be a hit with Mom. My favorite part of the Kit is the Centerpiece. (Once the meal is complete, it could be saved and displayed for Mom at her desk at work, in the kitchen or even in her bedroom).
Thanks for partying with us! And Happy (early) Mother’s Day to all the Moms out there!
